Notice is hereby given that the City of Carmel Community Services Department is requesting qualifications for As Needed Landscape Architectural Plan Review and Site Inspection Services , during regular business hours, up to, but not later than 12:00 pm local time Monday, December 15, 2025 via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/carmelin .
The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit qualifications from experienced vendors or contractors interested in providing soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced professionals and consulting firms to provide as needed landscape architectural plan review and site inspection services. These services will support a range of projects, including private developments, redevelopment initiatives, and improvements on City-owned properties .
Qualified consultants must demonstrate expertise in landscape architecture, including strong knowledge of plant selection, including Indiana native plants, and a proven track record of developing and reviewing landscape plans that are both practical and successfully implemented. Proficiency in digital tools is essential; consultants must be capable of working efficiently through email, Microsoft Teams, and the City’s digital plan review platform, ProjectDox.
This RFQ is not tied to specific projects but rather seeks to establish a contract for ongoing services throughout the contract term. The City anticipates awarding contracts to two qualified consultants, though the final number will be based on the quality and responsiveness of the submissions received.
