2027-004 Bid for Police Cruisers
Sealed bids for two (2) 2027 Ford Interceptor SUV 3.0L AWD Police Package w/Complete Upfit & Install, will be received by the Finance Office, Town Hall, 108 Pennsylvania Avenue, Niantic CT 06357 until October 26, 2026, at 10:00 am. at which time and place they will be opened and publicly read to all bidders. Specifications may be obtained from the Police Department. After bids are received the Director of Finance may analyze whether vendors have submitted comparable bids and meet the requirements called for. In reviewing the bids, the Director of Finance may consider past performance and financial responsibility in conjunction with sales and service of the vendors. The Director of Finance reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects in same, or to choose to make purchases other than strictly in accordance with price considerations, and/or to choose other than the lowest bidder, if it be determined in the best interest in the Town of East Lyme.
