Field Server Needed at Each Location: VA currently has data being brought in using the Bacnet over IP communication protocol. A field server (or similar Modbus to Bacnet integer) is required at each location. In addition to the logging/notification system, any of the data can be logged and/or trigger alarms once on Metasys, which will show up on the VA operator’s workstation in the Energy Center.
