PRON: D15T0170D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy (OTB) Firm-Fixed Price contract, with a quantity of 200 each of a TRANSDUCER SWITCH A; NSN: 1055-01-214-3315; Part Number: 13027536 applicable to the M-EF Multiple Launch Rocket System.
Test Required (and Type): Government First Article Test
This requirement is set aside to Women-Owned small businesses in accordance with FAR 6.207(a). Only offers from Women Owned Small Businesses shall be accepted. Offers shall be accepted from all qualified sources.
THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
EXPORT CONTROL REQUIRES THE APPLICABLE CERTIFICATIONS TO BE CURRENT FOR BOTH THE QUOTER AND MANUFACTURER.
