The Town of South Boston will receive sealed Bids for the milling and paving of 8 streets with all associated work including, but not limited to, milling of existing surface layers, full depth pavement patching, adjusting grades on drainage/utility structures, and pavement markings. All work will be completed in accordance with the Hampton Roads Regional Construction Standards, which incorporates the VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications.
