Description
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) requires an advanced IT Service Management (ITSM) and Case Management (CM) platform to support operations across its diverse directorates. This platform must be efficient, scalable, and aligned with CRTC’s strategic goals.
The project involves the enterprise-wide implementation, customization, and integration of an ITSM/CM solution to manage service delivery, case management, operational automation, and workflow processes across all CRTC directorates.
The estimated contract period will be 35 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/03/07.
