The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting proposals for the provision of services for substance abuse treatment and sex offender treatment for cognitively impaired sex offenders under the supervision of the department’s field probation office and electronic monitoring (EM) in Anchorage, Alaska.
