General
1. Design, supply, and install a complete working Prepackaged Chiller Building (PCB) with all MEP components and connected with site utilities and services. PCB must comply with all applicable codes and standards per the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
2. The drawings and specifications provided by the A/E are performance-based and are intended to define the design requirements for the PCB.
3. Winning Bidder is required to coordinate delivery of the PCB with other concurrent projects at PNS including but not limited to the Terminal Expansion Checkpoint Expansion and New Concourse projects.
