The POTTSBURG CREEK BOAT RAMP ON BEACH BOULEVARD project includes all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install new bulkhead and floating dock, remove and replace new concrete sidewalk, mill and resurface asphalt parking lot, remove and construct new concrete boat ramp, install groundcover and landscaping, provide pavement markings, drainage construction, and irrigation, and perform all other related work as specified in the contract documents.
