The City of Prescott, Arizona, is seeking qualified marketing agencies to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for destination marketing execution and campaign support on behalf of Experience Prescott, the City’s official destination marketing organization, as well as its economic development initiatives. These two areas are expected to work in alignment throughout the duration of the contract. City staff and the selected agency will collaborate to promote initiatives across all platforms in a way that serves the City’s best interests. The contract will also require active engagement with tourism stakeholders, community partners, and economic development leaders to support Prescott’s overall success.
Initial objectives include steadily increasing bed tax revenue and developing compelling campaigns that effectively support both tourism and economic growth. Clear metrics, accountability, and consistent KPI reporting will be essential to track progress and measure success. The selected agency will play a key role in achieving these goals, bringing forward innovative strategies, maximizing return on investment for both tourism and economic development efforts, and maintaining a high level of professionalism, including regular quarterly reporting.
The Request For Statement of Qualifications seeks a strategic agency partner to deliver high-performance tourism marketing services focused on digital advertising, creative development, social media management and content creation, campaign execution, travel trade support, and measurable economic impact and economic development campaigns and initiatives.
The selected agency will operate under the direction of the City of Prescott and support the Experience Prescott destination marketing organization in achieving increased visitation, increased visitor spending, and maximized return on annual marketing investment.
