FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Upon the availability of funds, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) The 122d Fighter Wing, Fort Wayne, IN intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Fatigue Technology Inc 150 Andover Park West P.O. Box C-88388 Seattle, WA 98118 for ForceTec Tooling Sets part Nos. FTTS-F16-65110 and FTTS-F16483-FK as required by Air Force Technical Order 1F-16CG-3-1. Fatigue Technology is the sole provider of the ForceTec equipment.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 122nd Contracting Office via email ONLY to lisa.crose@us.af.mil no later than 30 September 2025 by 2:00 PM EDT. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
