Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Water Rights
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: a scalable, subscription-based, automated document-accessibility Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The purpose of this procurement is to implement an automated solution that integrates directly with DWRi’s public website and document repository to provide fully accessible digital representations (e.g., accessible HTML web views) of public PDF records.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the term of the contract.
