Project Description: PCMC is inviting statements of qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified persons or firms (“Respondents”) to provide environmental oversight, monitoring, and sampling activities and to develop Utah Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (“DERR”) Voluntary Cleanup Program (“VCP”) documents for the City-owned 5-Acre site located at the intersection of Kearns Boulevard and Bonanza Drive in Park City, Utah. The City anticipates conducting remedial activities beginning in Summer 2027.
