(1) Hatco two door pass-thru hot holding cabinet • Manufacturer-Hatco • Model-Hatco FSHC-12W2 208 • 1 section pass-thru unit • Must stipulate ¾ height • Must stipulate 208 volts • Thermostatically controlled humidity and heat • Accommodates 12 sheet pans or 24 steam pans • Top mounted controls with digital read out displayed on the unit • Full doors (front and back), no dutch half doors • Unit to be fully insulated including doors, side walls, top, bottom, and control panel • Electric heat Please see the attached Specification Sheet. The award process will be driven by price and earliest delivery time. MBE Suppliers must be certified for USPSC code 48100000. Please make sure to fill out the Certification Statement and Affirmation and Disclosure Form. |
