Summary

Background Information : Ohio Department of Natural Resources (O DNR) requires consulting services for the preparation of proposed Indirect Cost Plans (ICP) for multiple upcoming State Fiscal Years (SFY), which includes submitting, negotiation, and securing approval of such plan. Services will involve working with DNR staff, as well as coordination with DNR’s Federal oversight agency, the U.S Department of Interior.

Project Objective: ODNR is seeking to retain a contractor to provide consultation services to assist with the preparation of Indirect Cost Plans annually.
