Request for Proposals- Public Property Landscaping Services

The City of Mission is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to maintain the landscaping on all public property. Please see the proposal attached here or the bid document can also be obtained from Drexel Technologies Plan Room . All proposals must be made on the forms provided in this copy of the Contract Documents. The evaluation of the bid proposals for determining whether to award a bid and any successful bid will include a review and comparison of all costs proposed.

Proposals must be received at City Hall by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on May 16, 2025. Proposals can be hand delivered or mailed to: City of Mission, Attn: Brent Morton, 6090 Woodson, Mission, KS 66202. Each proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope.

Questions relating to this RFP and any requests for clarification, and/or additional information deemed necessary by any responding firm shall be submitted in writing via email and directed to Brent Morton . No proposals will be accepted after 2:00 pm on May 16, 2025. Bids received after the time and date above specified shall be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
