  The County of Marin Health and Human Services is seeking proposals to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBS) for Medi-Cal eligible youth under 21 at risk of psychiatric hospitalization or placement disruption. These intensive, short-term, in-home/community-based services focus on reducing severe behavioral challenges, building youth skills, and strengthening caregiver capacity. The contract will run from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 (3.5 years), with the possibility of a 2-year extension, and is funded under a fee-for-service model with a maximum of $1,000,000 over the initial term.
