Suncrest Drive Transmission Line Improvements Project

Project Description: The scope of this project is to provide the labor, materials, tools and equipment to construct (2) cast-in-place valve vaults with associated piping and appurtenances, and to construct electrical improvements at a third, existing vault per the Drawings.
Portions of Work will take place under critical shutdown schedules as outlined in these documents. Coordination will be required with the City to manage water supply to residents during these shutdown periods.
Bid documents and specifications will be posted on U3P-Bonfire on or before Friday, May 8th, 2026. 5% Bid Bond will be required.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 PM, on Thursday, May 14th, 2026. The meeting will be held in Draper City Hall Council Chambers, 1020 E. Pioneer Road.
Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P-Bonfire before 5:00pm on Thursday, May 21st, 2026.
The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on U3P-Bonfire until 1:00pm on Thursday, May 28th, 2026. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be publicly opened at the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being read. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
