Description
The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of the Eighth Judicial District is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced prefabricated housing fabricators for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and utility hooks-up of a single-family prefabricated housing unit.
This housing unit will serve as transitional housing for the 8th Judicial District and will sit to the west of the existing Burlington Residential Facility located at 835 Valley St., Burlington, Iowa 52601.
