Questions & Answers

1. In the RFP it states that the proposer shall submit five sets of the proposal plus a

flash drive. It also states that the cost proposal must be separate. So, in one envelope

you want five sets of the proposal plus a flash drive and in another envelope five sets of

the cost proposal?

Please submit one (1) large envelope containing:

• Five (5) copies of the proposal

• One (1) flash drive

Additionally, include one (1) separate envelope containing:

• One (1) copy of the cost proposal

2. Can the proposal be hand delivered instead of mailed?

Yes, proposals may be hand-delivered to 1465 S. Lincoln St., Stockton,

CA 95206. Upon arrival, please check in with the security guard at the

gate to obtain access to the facility.
