INMATE FOOD AND ASSOCIATED NON-FOOD SUPPLIED FOR DETENTION CENTER

Greenville County, South Carolina (the “County”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified food distributors and suppliers to provide food products and associated non-food supplies to the Greenville County Detention Center (“GCDC” or the “Facility”). All meal preparation, cooking, portioning, serving, and kitchen management are performed exclusively by GCDC staff. The Vendor’s sole responsibility is the reliable, compliant, and timely supply of approved food and associated non-food products in accordance with the specifications set forth in this RFP.
