This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, CORCAN, La Macaza Institution Quebec Region

Trade agreement:         Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service of Canada CORCAN has a requirement for a printing service for shooting targets on paper in various sizes.

Objectives: To provide a variety of shooting targets in different sizes, in accordance with the technical requirements.

Deliverables: The Offeror must provide paper shooting targets of different sizes as and when requested. The Offeror must print and deliver the requested quantities following a call-up against the Standing Offer. The Offeror must ship the merchandise to the La Macaza Institution in the Quebec region.

Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.

Duration of Standing Offer and Time Frame for Delivery:

Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period of date of award to September 30, 2026, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
