2026 Dow Centennial Centre Rooftop Unit Replacements

The City of Fort Saskatchewan is seeking a qualified contractor to replace one (1) Air Handling Unit (AHU) and one (1) Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) at the City's Dow Centennial Centre.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

Each item of Requested Information will only be visible after the Closing Time.

Uploading large documents may take significant time, depending on the size of the file(s) and your Internet connection speed.

You will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number once you finalize your submission.

There will be one mandatory site meeting on August 12th, 2026 at 2:00 PM for the benefit of interested Proponents and Sub Proponents. Representatives of the City will be present to answer questions. Meet in the front main lobby of the Dow Centennial Centre (8700 - 84 Street, Fort Saskatchewan, AB). All Proponents shall provide their proposed Sub Proponents with copies of proposal documents prior to the site tour. Other Proponents, upon proper acceptable identification, will be allowed to attend the Site Meeting.
