Transportation Bus Company will provide safe, reliable, and efficient student transportation services for Yuzyk Academy, a new Ukrainian bilingual school located in the heart of downtown Calgary. Transportation services will operate throughout the academic year, beginning August 31 and concluding June 30, serving approximately 120 students throughout the city limits. The company will deploy a fleet of well-maintained, safety-certified school buses and experienced, qualified drivers to ensure timely daily transportation between designated community pick-up locations and the school campus. Services will include route planning, student ridership management, adherence to all provincial transportation and safety regulations, and ongoing communication with school administration and families to support a seamless and dependable transportation program for students.

Submission Details

The following submission requirements must be followed by all proponents responding to the AUAB Transportation RFP. Failure to comply with the mandatory requirements may result in the proposal being deemed non-compliant and rejected.

Submission Deadline
Closing Date: July 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM Mountain Time.
Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Submission Method
Proposals must be submitted electronically.
Submit one (1) email containing the complete proposal as an attachment.
The email and attached documents must not be encrypted or password protected.
Proposals must be emailed to adtaylor@ukrainianacademy.ca.

Addenda
Addenda will be posted on APC by July 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
Proponents are responsible for monitoring APC and obtaining all addenda.
All addenda must be acknowledged in Schedule B.
