The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) requires its existing Macroeconomic Input-Output (IO) model (henceforth referred to as Macro-IO model) to be converted to R statistical programming language (henceforth referred to as R) in order to enhance the model’s analytical capacity, NRCan also requires the Macro-IO to undergo a peer review to ensure its validity and the integrity of its results.
