Description
The Municipality of East Hants (“East Hants”) requires the Consultant to complete a combined non-residential market analysis for the municipality. This report will document the current industrial, office, and retail (non-residential) real estate inventory within the Municipality of East.
In addition, the report and identify gaps in the market as well as industries and targets East Hants can identify for investment and business attraction or local business expansion.
