Notice To Bidders
The Town of Colonie ("Town") invites bids for the following:
2026 Surplus Millings Auction
TAKE NOTICE that online bids shall be received for the sale of surplus millings through an on-
line auction with Collar City Auction Services.
The auction will start on September 09, 2026 and end on September 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Questions regarding all surplus millings shall be directed to Daniel Chambers from the Highway
Division at 518-857-5844.
The auction is open to the public and can be viewed live on-line at collarcityauctions.com.
The surplus millings may be viewed at the Town of Colonie's Highway Yard located at: 748
Watervliet Shaker Road, Latham NY 12110 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday -
Friday.
The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids
submitted.
