The Missouri Department of Corrections has determined Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, Inc, is the sole source that can provide extended warranty services for the Department’s LCMS-8050. This document constitutes a request to enter into a single feasible source (SFS) contract for the provision of extended warranty services for the LCMS-8050 with Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, Inc. for the Division of Offender Rehabilitative Services. Contract period is August 7, 2026 through August 6, 2027 with two (2) one-year renewal options. The Missouri Department of Corrections will not accept any electronic bid responses. Contact the Buyer by email if another feasible source exits and can be provided by another entity
