Description of Work:

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).

The State of Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development intends to renew its annual Lightcast EMSI Developer and Workforce Insight tool for fiscal year 2027 with Economic Modeling, LLC. This annual renewal provides a tool to provide data for economic development analysis and labor availability. Term of subscription is July 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2027

This renewal has been deemed a single source as other vendors to not offer custom industry, occupation and geographic groups in all reporting options. They also have limits on the number of industries and geographies that can be included in groups, which Lightcast does not.
