Description
This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for 2025-028 Range Road 232 Reconstruction TWP 572 to TWP 573, as further described in Section 2 - Technical Specifications - Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”).
Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Traffic Accommodation
• Clearing, Mulching, Grubbing
• Earthworks and Grading, Including Common and Borrow Excavation
• Dispose of Waste Material
• Rebuilding Existing Residential / Farm Approaches
• Miscellaneous Removals Including Culverts, Fence, Fence Gate
• Supply and Installation of Fence
• Supply and Installation of Culverts
• Supply and Installation of Erosion Control- Silt Fencing, Soil Covering, Ditch Barriers
• Supply and Installation of Geotextile
• Topsoil Placement and Seeding
• Sign Installation
