INVITATION FOR BIDS (INFORMAL)
Informal Sealed Bids for the construction of the Albert Johnson Memorial Park will be received
digitally by the office of LKC Engineering, PLLC, 390 W Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines,
NC 28387 until 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026.

The Project consists of minor landscaping improvements, construction of a band shelter,
installation of multiple shade structures, and assorted electrical and lighting improvements.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: LKC Engineering, PLLC, located at 390 W
Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines, NC 28387, 910-420-1437. Hard Copies of the Bidding
Documents may be obtained from the office of the Engineer; LKC Engineering, PLLC, 390 W
Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines, NC 28387, upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of
$100.00 for each set. Electronic copies can be provided at no cost.
