The objectives of this work are:
to understand the current and potential future impacts of contaminants (other than TSS and TP) in the City’s stormwater on the Bow River watershed and its tributaries within Calgary, including impacts to the environment (e.g., aquatic ecosystem health, habitat, assimilative capacity), to downstream users, and to cultural, aesthetic, public health, and recreational resources; and
to inform future actions to address these impacts.
Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Letter, the award under this RFP will be for all Phases of the Requirements, subject to approval by The City after each Phase.
