Description
The Contract is for the cleaning, waxing, repairing, and assessing of outdoor sculptures and monuments at Parliament Hill, Confederation Square, and Rideau Hall to maintain their preservation and integrity, as described in the Statement of Work in Annex Statement of Work.
Mandatory Work Site Visit. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at Wellington Street, Ottawa on November 26, 2024, beginning at 10:00am EST, at the National War Memorial.
Communication with Contracting Authority.Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority. no later than November 19, 2024 at 10:00am EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Offerors should confirm in their offer that they have attended the mandatory site visit. Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.
A maximum of one (1) representatives per bidder will be permitted to examine the site(s)
