SUMMARY:Through this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) is seeking information from qualified vendors, consultants, and technology providers regarding existing, emerging, and innovative, and cost-effective leak detection technologies and methodologies suitable for small municipal water systems. This RFEOI is intended to gather information to inform a potential future procurement or pilot project, and through this RFEOI process, the District hopes to:• Identify available and emerging leak detection technologies• Understand implementation requirements and costs• Explore potential for pilot testing or phased deployment• Assess compatibility with small municipal systems
Interested parties may declare an expression of interest to be involved in leak detection activities for the District, and provide further information in accordance with the details and information requested in the RFEOI document.
