Project Description: In accordance with Utah Code § 26A-1-129, Davis County, acting through the Davis County Health
Department (“DCHD”), is seeking applications from qualified organizations (“Applicant”) for
prevention programs that address root causes and factors associated with the use of electronic cigarettes
(“e-cigarettes”), marijuana, and other drugs by children and minors in Davis County. Proposals must
address one or more risk or protective factors identified in local Student Health and Risk Prevention
(“SHARP”) survey data.
