Intended term of Contract: 1 year, commencing March 2, 2026 and in the City’s sole discretion may extend the term on the same terms and conditions for up to 4 additional years. The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion.
The City may enter into contracts with more than one bidder pursuant to this Sourcing Event.
The City’s goal is to contract for up to forty-five (45) single axle water trucks with Operators.
The bidder agrees to submit bids only through this SAP Ariba platform and not to submit bids via any other mechanism including, but not limited to, post, courier, fax, e-mail, or orally, unless specifically requested by the City. Bids submitted through means other than the SAP Ariba platform, except as specifically allowed by the City, will not be accepted by the City.
