Project Description: DESCRIPTION
General Information about this solicitation:
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida invites qualified and experienced companies to provide pricing for Parts Automotive & Accessories. Details and specifications are outlined within this Request for Bid.
Quotations for substitute items must be exact equivalents and must be documented with manufacturer and part numbers in column provided on right. The Town shall make the determination as to whether any alternate product or service is or is not equal, and such determination shall be final and binding upon all bidders. Base your quotations on the terms and conditions hereon.
Prices quoted must be valid for the period of One (1) Year.
Shipping charges (if applicable) shall be included in unit Price
Quantities are estimated and will not bind the buyer
Terms of Payment: Net 30 days
F.O.B.: Destination (West Palm Beach, FL 33401)
Items shall be ordered via the issuance of Purchase Orders on an "as needed" basis for the term of the contract.
Vendor is not obligated to bid on all items and may quote only the items that they currently carry.
The Town of Palm Beach reserves the right to award on an "All-or-None" basis to one bidder or to award on an "Item by Item" basis, whenever it is in the best interest or most advantageous to the Town of Palm Beach. Award may also be made with Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary suppliers.
All bids shall be submitted on the Town provided forms. Failure to do so may be cause for rejection.
All blanks on the forms must be completed. No modifications shall be made to Town provided forms.
BID OPENING:
A bid opening meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams Meeting platform. Date/Time are specified in the "Events".

RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION: Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
