The City of Calgary is seeking a two-way radio, cloud-based solution for wireless communication for the Calgary Parking (CP) Business Unit. This solution should include a phone rate plan, contracted rates for purchasing and maintaining portable hardware, software for a central communication monitoring station hosted on City hardware, and an employee safety and monitoring solution accessible both remotely and centrally.

Reliable, cost-effective wireless telecommunications services are essential to meet the business unit's needs as City services become increasingly digitized. The RFP consists of two schedules:

Schedule B – Lone Worker Solution
