The Province invites formal written proposals for the procurement and construction of a static hoist training site at the Hinton Training Center tower. The mock aircraft, hoist and any components required to setup and install will be procured by the Contractor and installed on the tower. Proposals should include a description of the mock medium aircraft including the location on the tower. The plans should also include a similar pendant for winch control and an identical hook for the end of the hoist cable. The plan should also address the electrical needs of the setup as well as anchoring requirements to ensure personnel safety.
