The County of San Mateo invites applications for FY 2025-26 Capital Projects and Community Development activities. The Winter Federal/State funds Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) includes:

Based on 2024-25 funding the County estimates there will be approximately $1,681,626 to distribute for Capital Projects and $2,844,239.09 to distribute for Community Development activities. Until Congress adopts a final budget, the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) approves the County’s PLHA annual funding application, and the State releases its final ESG allocation amounts, the total amount of funds to be available will not be known.

All submitted questions and San Mateo County responses will be uploaded under the Related Documents page approximately every 7-10 business days. The final date to submit NOFA related questions is January 15 th at 12:00PM PST.
