Invitation to Bid B-25-08-COC Rehabilitation of 1001 Montclair Road

The City of Cocoa is soliciting for a contractor to rehabilitate a single-family home located at 1001 Montclair Road, Cocoa, FL 32922. All work shall be conducted according to the scope of work which is made part of the contract by reference.   Funding for this project is provided through SHIP. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting which will be held for this project Wednesday July 2, 2025, at 10:00AM. A representative of your firm must attend the meeting for your bid submittal to be considered responsive.
