The City of Central Falls (“City”) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the provision of programming, architecture, engineering, cost analysis, and project planning services for the City of Central Falls, Rhode Island. To this aim, the selected vendor will conduct a comprehensive assessment and feasibility study for phased improvements to the City’s Public Safety Complex Building (“facility”), located at 150-160 Illinois Street, Central Falls, RI 02863. Proposals must include a detailed outline of the vendor’s qualifications and experience, a phased plan for executing the project, as well as a comprehensive cost proposal.
