City of Hagan RWHI RFP

The City of Hagan is requesting qualifications and proposals for selecting an Engineering Firm to provide Public Streets, Water, Stormwater and Sewer Systems Services. Engineering services will include but are not limited to planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout.

The selection of an Engineer for the project will be based on qualifications as they relate to the community and economic development needs of the City of Hagan. All contracts are subject to State contract provisions prescribed by the GA DCA.

Firms interested in submitting proposals for this project are asked to review (download the Statement of Qualifications Form and RFP Scoring Criterion form from the GA Procurement Registry (https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr/index)) before submittal. Mail or hand deliver your 3 COPIES of your reply to the following:

Proposals mailed to or received at any location other than the above addresses will not be accepted. Proposals must be received at one of the above addresses no later than August 15, 2025 at 12:00PM. No proposals will be accepted after this time and date. The City of Hagan reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
