RFO Part 12 Combo Synopsis/Solicitation
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1333MJ26Q0046 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Hazardous Waste Removal Services.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
(ii) Line Items
CLIN 0001 Re-Key Services, Period of Performance 9/1/26-11/30/2026
(iii) The contractor (a qualified locksmith) shall review all locks in the AOML building, rekey cylinders, replace cylinders, replace locks, and fabricate keys as necessary to secure the premises according to the standards established by the facilities manager. The primary objective is standardization, aiming for an end result of no more than three (2) distinct models of locks across the entire building with preferably (1) master Key for all locks, ensuring all like-kind doors feature identical types of locks.
(iv) Place of performance: NOAA/AOML, 4301 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL 33149

(vii) Offers due 08/25/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time. All offers shall be submitted by email do Darrin.moore@noaa.gov. The subject line must reference Solicitation number 1333MJ26Q0046.
(viii) Additional Information in accordance with RFO 5.101(c).
The Government intends to use RFO Part 12 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to award one firm fixed price purchase order using lowest-price, technically acceptable evaluation.
Anticipated award date is on or before 08/31/2026.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
Neither the offeror nor its product or service must meet a qualification requirement in order to be eligible for award.
