Virginia Tech is providing a notice that the anticipated release/posting of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of the New Residence Halls Project is March 25, 2026. The project consists of four (4) residence halls with a combined total gross square footage of 313,504 GSF for all four buildings and a total bed count of 1,240 beds.
