The project is generally described as: The building is comprised of 74,078 sf, 5 stories above grade, 1 below grade, Type IIB Construction, built in 1901 and has historical significance. The scope of work is a partial renovation of the existing building to accommodate new office and systems furniture configurations, and includes partial demolition and construction of walls, doors, ceilings, finishes and associated electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler work.This is a solicitation for pre-qualified Offerors of RFQ 501-510.
