Request for Qualifications - Grand Street, Poplar to Center Street

The City of Gardner is requesting qualifications for the purpose of providing engineering design services for Grand Street, Poplar to Center Street. The project includes, but is not limited to, asphalt pavement reconstruction of the existing 2-lane roadway, curb and gutter, storm water pipe and inlet boxes, erosion control, ADA ramps, and concrete sidewalk. Proposals will be accepted by the City of Gardner, Kansas, at the Public Works Department, Gardner City Hall, 120 E. Main Street, Gardner, Kansas, 66030, until 12:00 P.M. (local time) on April 22, 2025.
