Oconee County is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide drilling and blasting services for the Oconee County Quarry. The selected company shall provide the personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and expertise necessary to perform drilling and blasting operations in a safe, efficient, and professional manner in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation and all applicable laws and regulations.
There will not be a pre-proposal conference. All prospective Proposers should review the RFP document and all Attachments and submit all questions and/or requests for additional information by the deadline of Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 2:00 pm EST. All questions must be submitted in writing via the procurement portal.
