Description
Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Paulding Probation Detention Center Modular Building Leveling & Storm Sewer Installation in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
Project Scope: Installation of new foundation pads, levelling for existing modular frame buildings; installation of storm drainage pipe culverts, inlets, junction boxes to convey stormwater and runoff away from building foundations.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide.
