QUESTION 2 – Luxury Vinyl Plank – Is a 2mm product with 12 mil wear layer an acceptable alternative?
ANSWER 2 – No, it is not acceptable.

QUESTION 3 – Quarter Round – Wood or rubber quarter round?
ANSWER 3 – Wood quarter round painted white.
